IT Hardware Maintenance Engineer

Job responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain the company’s servers, computers, and network equipment.

• Monitor the operational status of hardware equipment, quickly resolve breakdowns and performance issues.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

• Manage inventory and spare parts for hardware equipment, perform updates and replacements in a timely manner.

• Assist in developing and implementing security strategies for hardware equipment, ensuring data security.

• Provide technical support and training for the use and maintenance of hardware.

Job requirements

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Experience in IT hardware maintenance.

• Knowledge of installing and configuring servers, computers, and network equipment.

• Skills in troubleshooting and repairing hardware, with solid experience in hardware maintenance.

• Knowledge of network protocols and network equipment configuration.

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

• Possession of IT certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+).
